PLEASE accept my apologies to everyone on board.
YOU MAY CONTINUE TO WORK ON YOUR WEB PAGES WITHOUT CONCERN
The validation service ONLY addresses the syntax of the web page HTML and not the content.
There is no harm in finding clerical errors in the script as long as the web site is
accessible and viewable to the public. The cleaning is solely to provide correct
interpretation of the code as defined by the document type. This will effectually ensure
we have a quality web site published for every county.
For the file managers that do not understand the errors identified or have any trouble
fixing them, please ask questions about the report you see. It has already been noted
that 90% of the errors I see are simple typos and can be fixed by anyone. Support is
available to all FMs for any error that seems more complicated.
Again, I apologize to everyone and you may continue to maintain your web pages normally as
you have been in the past. There is no reason to stop working on your county web site.
Respectfully
Tom Hembrey

Dana,
I agree with Sherri cause I use FrontPage also and have the same problem! The Archive
TOC pages are showing up and our researchers can read them... leave well enough alone!
Like you, I am not an IT and don't want to be <g> Not everyone in the project
can write code and some of us have to rely on FP or Dreamweaver to help us <g>
