Yes, that is what I hope will happen this year. Nothing to do on your end until you
receive the next SFM admin message that roll call is due. Then, click on the URL and fill
out the form to submit your report. Should take every bit of about two minutes per
incident or less than 10 minutes per year. The hard part is done on this end.
Please remember the email will be sent to all active file managers listed at
http://www.genrecords.org/kyfiles/countylist.php
AND subscribed to this mail list. Should your email change before then, it is a good idea
to notify the SFM as soon as possible to make the change effective immediately. Otherwise
you could possibly miss the next roll call message.
I am not able to provide a specific roll call schedule for the whole year based on my
availability to update my spreadsheet data on any given date. I can't do that when I
may be in Taiwan, Chicago, Korea, Mexico, Tampa, Germany, India, Houston, Canada, Puerto
Rico, Denver, Chile, Panama or any other place when I am out of town and away from this
desk. Getting paid to vacation for a living has its drawbacks !!!
F Y I ...
I will be in Gainesville, GA 2-6 FEB and Wytheville, VA 11-14 FEB. Suzanne will cover for
me during those outings and also a 10-15 day trip to Los Angeles on 25 FEB.

Clear as mud....So do we still get an email message saying there is a roll
call and does it tell us to go to the form and give us the url?
