For those that have had cemetery records submitted through the automated
forms, you'll want to pay special attention - this affects only the cemetery
submissions.

Subject: [archives] Cemetery forms
Hi everyone,
Recently David and I removed the 2nd and 3rd county option from the
cemetery form. We
then remade all
the forms to take those changes, however we made a mistake in doing so and
it caused
a field to
be missed when people are resubmitting a cemetery the 2nd time. This means
that for a
little while
now, rather than overwriting the original cemetery file, the forms have
actually been
creating a new file.
So we need you all to check your cemeteries, if you have had anyone
submitting
cemeteries recently then
there will be duplicate files that should be removed and you need to make
sure you
have your links
pointing to the correct/latest file name. This problem has been fixed but
for anyone
that submits more to a cemetery
now, for this time it will again create a new file, after that, it should
resuming
overwriting. So please
keep a check on your cemetery submissions until you start getting the same
file.
Also David has added another option to the cemetery form as of today in
which they
can now to
choose to save work to server only without submitting.
This will save their work and they can do this as often as they like as it
will not
submit the file until
they actually choose to submit with the other options.
Sorry about all the trouble.
Debra
