No, it's not allowed. The Archives sites are only supposed to link to the
state archives sites, national archives, the USGenWeb Project and the county
KYGenWeb Project sites. Other than that, suggest that they contact the
KYGenWeb County Coordinator and ask that their site be linked from there.

I received a request from a viewer with Boyd Co. , Ky. roots to add their
website to the Boyd Co., Ky. site.
Is this allowed? Their site has info on both their surname and DNA. If
allowed, could their site be listed in two places, by surname and the
subject DNA? Is this within the scope of the site's purpose?
