Microsoft Office has a utility that may be helpful to those folks with novice skills in
word processing. I would recommend doing an Internet surf to read up on the definitions
of *file formats* to include XLS, RTF, TXT, DOC. This will provide a good understanding
of how to manipulate formatted text.

Basic file formatting is also a good subject for acquiring better skills and enhancing
your ability to master word processing techniques. There must me hundreds of ways to
manage and manipulate files or data base information. This is mainly because so many
folks have different ways they handle the task. It evolves into individual habit with
many years of practice without any formal training. The most powerful tool you have today
is knowledge of the basics. The learning curve is a simple quest... *Find a new tool and
play with it until you get the hang of things.* Practice will build proficiency over
time.
