#1 is county specific and the feature is used on the county web site. The html script tag
attribute is *value="ky/countyname"* and automatically looks in that directory
folder only. The visitor will only get results of the defaulted county files available.
You got the same results as #2 because the attribute was not set for a local search on the
server.
#2 is the general search feature for USGWARCH that looks in every county nationwide unless
the attributes are changed by the visitor. Hence, they can select any state and/or county
to narrow a search like #1.
Including the default search level code in your web page script will not allow a national
search. It will be restricted to the files in the Floyd FTP folders.
