Hi Audrey - did your William and Jane have a daughter named Mary? I have a
record of a Mary being born on the 4th April 1835 - she's in the Donaghmore
Presbyterian registers. There was also a Thomas, son of Hugh and Nancy,
baptised on the 20 July 1835........same parish.
There's not much more on them I'm afraid - not in my records - by 1857 there
seem to be only 7 households in the county. I do have a bit of info on a
Samuel Harper, his wife and children - Samuel was born in 1804 and was from
Cloonarrell in the parish of Donaghmore........the 1796 Flax list has only a
James Harper in Donaghmore - though the list only names those who grew flax
to support the linen industry, so it's not a list of everyone.
Hope that helps!
VENI, VIDI, VELCRO.....I came, I saw, I stuck around

Thomas Harper. b. 1800, wife Elizabeth b. 1807
These above families settled in Chautauqua Co., New York in 1838. I would
