I am searching for information on the Lipsett and Portus lines in Drumholm and Kilbarron parishes in
Thomas Lipsett married Catherine Portus/variations around 1820-1833. They had a son John born March 1833, he left Ireland with at least one brother and went to Canada. If there is any one searching either of these names or can tell me anything about these families, I would so appreciate the help.

Hi everyone! Well, November has been busy - I've had some excellent
records sent to me for inclusion on my website.........I've been busy
typing some of them up and getting the pages made - they're all online now!
My website has had over 69,450 visitors to date and the amount of pages
online totals 292! It has a good search engine near the bottom of the
page, which was reindexed today, so it will pick up these new additions.
Thanks everyone for the support and encouragement I've had with this
website! I still have more to add.....I don't see me running out of
records for a good while yet, but access is sometimes a problem - I get
to most things I'm after tho!
If you do have anything you'd like to add to the Donegal website, please
let me know - I'll find a home for it - and full credit will always be
given to the submitter.
Also, if you find any ancestors in any of the pages, let me know and I
will link your email address to the people so hopefully, others
researching the same people will contact you.
