OBITUARY - Columbia City [Indiana] Post, Saturday, May 6, 1922, Page 2,
SISTER OF MRS. WEBER DIES IN WARSAW-
Mrs. Mary Weber of this city received the sad news Thursday, that her only sister,
Mrs. Naomi Meyers Boggs, had passed away, Wednesday afternoon, at her home in Warsaw,
Ind., after an illness of exactly one year.
The deceased was born and reared near this city, and many of the older residents
will remember her as the daughter of Levi and Christian Meyers, who were pioneer residents
south of this city. Mrs. Boggs would have been 64 years old, had she lived until the 12th
day of next June. She spent all of her girlhood days near here, leaving only after her
marriage to John Hamilton Boggs, for Warsaw, where she has since had a continuous
residence. She leaves her husband and two sons and one daughter to mourn her passing.
The daughter, Mrs. Charles Klingel, resides in Warsaw, but both of the sons are in
government service, Vern Boggs with the navy and stationed in Boston, and L. L. Boggs in
the army and located in the Hawaiian Islands.
Besides the immediate members of the family, Mrs. Boggs is survived by one brother,
C. E. Meyers, of Denver, Colo., and one sister, Mrs. Mary Weber, of this city. The
deceased was a good christian woman and a faithful member of the U.B. church at Warsaw,
from which edifice the funeral will be conducted on Saturday afternoon at 2:30
o'clock.

I believe that Naomi's maiden name was MYERS, not MEYERS. I believe her mother was
named Christina, not Christian.
