I found a marriage for James H. Shell to Frances M. Williams:

In the 1900 census James and Frances are living in Liberty Twp., White Co., Indiana with
their children Martha L., Andrew L., Goretta A. & Myrtle H.
In 1910 they are living in Eagle Creek Twp., Lake Co., Indiana with their children Lloyd
(Andrew), Goretta, Myrtle, Harney, Edwin & Addie.
After James' death, Frances relocates back to Monticello, White Co., Indiana in 1920
with her children Harvey (Harney), Edwin & Addie. She is still in Monticello, White
Co., Indiana in 1930.
