Kathleen,
The only Allman listed in the White County IN Cemetery Master Index is for
Grant Allman, b. 1863; d. 1942; buried in Section 1, Row 1, of Bedford
Cemetery, located east of Monon in Monon Twp, White County, IN. There are
no other Allmans listed, nor any Rizers (there are Rissers), nor Hiram or
Viola Scott.
What township is James residing in in 1900 census? There is a James Allman
(same?) listed as acquiring a land patent in 1852 in
NESE; Section 30; Twp 27N; Range 5-W; White County, IN (which I think is
Princeton Twp, at least in 1896 Plat map)
Perhaps you should check in Jasper County or Pulaski County, which border
Princeton and Monon Twps, for burials of James and Harriet.
Good luck!
Diane

Subject: [INWHITE] James Allman md. to Harriet Rizer

Looking for further details on this White co, Indiana family. Harriet
Rizer married James Allman, 14 Feb 1866 in White Co. Harriet Rizer Allman
died 4 Jun 1896 in White co, but where is she buried? Husband James Allman
is found in the 1900 White co. census, but not 1910. But when did he die?
Children were Viola b. 1868 md. to Horace Scott, James b. 1860, but seems
to have died young, and Ulysses Grant Allman b. 1863, d. 1942. Thank you,
Kathleen Rizer
