We have a lot of Reinhard's in our church at Bluffton. I looked in our
church book, The First One-hundred Years, and it sounds like the same
family. If it is then I will ask someone from church about the will. This is a
very busy time for everyone, especially the next 2-3 weeks. Here is a
little bit from the book:
Daniel Reinhart
Daniel Reinhart who married Onmary (german) Anamarie (english) Marboth
both born and died in Switzerland were the parents of the following four
Reinhard and Reinhart families:
The Daniel Reinhard who married Fannie Frauhiger, the Ulrich Reinhard,
Sr. who married Philipena Becker and Fred Reinhart, Sr. who married Fannie
Ruff were brothers. All immigrated from near Berne, Switzerland, and lived
and reared their families in the Bluffton community, except Jacob.
Then it gives a lot of names, dates who married who from all the families
and children. If you are interested I will send this along too, when I get
the chance. Dianna

Hi,
I am trying to sort out all of the Reinhart/Reinhard families. There are
a
lot of them!
I am especially interested in the Frederick Reinhart family. He married
Fanny Ruff on 25 Oct 1879.
I know that Frederick had brothers Ulrich and Daniel Jr. I have discovered
that Ulrich died in Allen County - I am in the process of obtaining his
death certificate. I also know that Daniel Jr died between 1880 and 1900
in
probably Wells Co.
Is there anyone who may be able to check to see if there is a will for
Daniel Jr? I am hoping that it may name his brothers.
Also, is there anyone who knows who the 4th brother was that came from
Switzerland with Frederick, Ulrich, and Daniel Jr.?
I am also interested in knowing where they lived in Switzerland before
coming to the U. S.
Thank you for the help!
Maggie
