Jethro Potter m Harriette French, Father of Forrest Emery, Fetstus and others.
I have yet to find any document using the middle name of McKlosky or its variations.
There are now several family tree postings n
Ancestry.com claiming decent from Nodiah
Potter and Edith Pedon through Jethro. However there are at least three Jethro Potters in
these trees. Alpheus Jethro, Jethro and Jethro McCloskey Potter.
I did find a note from a research assistant at the Bluffton Library stating that in the
1910 census the Potters were one of 10 families in the Bluffton Indiana area who stated
their race as Indian.
I have a copy of the funeral home journal entry from the internment of William L. Potter
on Sunday April 27, 1941. He was buried at the Elm Grove Cemetery.Birth 11/6/1862 Bn.
