The Allen Co. Public Library does have all (I think) of the Indiana

If anyone else has pages from these that you have photocopied, I can put
these pages on the Wells County INGenWeb Project site, since they are not
copyrighted. If you're not sure if you have copies from these books, look
for pages that have names in alphabetical order, giving dates of births,
marriages, and deaths through 1920. They were done in the 1930's-1940's on
typewriter and have a very definite look.
To see what they look like when online, or to see what's already been done
so there's no duplication, check the following links:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~inwells/items.html#birth
http://www.rootsweb.com/~inwells/gs/gmarr.txt
http://www.rootsweb.com/~inwells/gs/deathind.txt
You can either scan and email me the file, or type up the info and email it
to me, or even photocopy and mail it to me. (Email me privately for my
address.)
You'll be helping out lots of folks by doing this and you will be given
credit for doing so!
Thanks,
Cathy Burnsed
