I am aware of no published book on Wells Co. land transactions. The Wells
County Recorder (at the courthouse in Bluffton) has all of the deed books
which do cover the time period you specified. The recorder's office
charges $1 per copy made in the office.
Have a good day!

Can someone tell me where the early Wells County land records
(1850)
can be found and are they accessible to the public? I am planning to
visit the area and would like to do a little research while I'm there.
Also, is there a book published on Wells Co. land transactions?
