Go there now if you can if they are in OLD Uniontown not new! It is the saddest most
neglected cemetary I have ever seen!! I cried!
This weekend was our family reunion in OH. We stopped on the way there. I was so happy I
was going to take the pictures. I was prepared for hard to read stones I am going to try
and insert 2 pictures here one from old Uniontown with Julia's stone from 1876 GGG
Grandmother and one from Wyatt Cemetary of my GGGGG Grandparents fron 1832 and later. I
can't seem to get the pictures to copy. Julia died 40 years after Christopher but
yet there is a world of difference in the cemeteries and the oldest is in the best
condition, there are stones from 1812 at Wyatt. I do not understand how the Church or the
genealogical society could allow things to get to that point. Do you know why some of the
graves were moved to the new cemetary and some were not?
