Harry F. Studebaker, 92, of 908 South Morgan St. died 10 p.m. Monday at his home following
an illness of six months.
Born in 1879 in Harrison Twp., he was a son of William and Mariah Markley Studebaker. His
marriage in 1908 was to Emma Witzeman, who survives.
He was a member of the Six Mile Church, a retired farmer and formerly owned a harness
shop. He was a lifelong resident of Wells County and was the Six Mile Cemetery
superintendent for 20 years.
Surviving, in addition to the wife, is a sister, Mrs. Effie Rathburn of Garrett.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Goodwin Funeral Home, where services will be
held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Max Andrews officiating. Burial will be in the Six
Mile Cemetery.
