I received a death certificate from nearby Orange County from 1888. There's not much
information on it. The son who contributed the information only knew when he died and
about how old he was. It did say he was buried in Orangeville but not what cemetery.
If your ancestor was in the Civil War, you might find vital information in the paperwork
for any pension he or his wife might have filed. The only record of my ancestor's
marriage was in his pension file.
