Am looking for more information on Thomas Flowers of the Pa. line, who lived in Washington
Co., Indiana. He enlisted April 28, 1777 in Philadelphia under Capt. Matthew Henderson. He
was in the Battles of Brandywine, Germantown, Jamestown, and the Siege of Yorktown. He was
discharged on Sept. 23, 1783. His pension was allowed Sept. 30, 1818 at 57 years of age.
He was iving in Washington Co., Indiana at the time of his death, Sept. 1840. He had
received bounty land there. From Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty-land-warrant
Application Files FHL microfilm # 970992. He was buried in Flowers Gap Cemetery,Polk Twp.
