Ruth,
I have an Elizabeth Wheeler born about 1825 to Jesse Wheeler and Mary
Polly Little in Washington Co. IN.
I noticed that on the 1880 census in Wayne Co. IN that Mark Wheeler's
wife's name was Zerilda.
Jesse and Mary Polly Little also had a daughter by the name of Cerilda.
Jesse and Mary Polly Little were married in Wash Co 24 Feb. 1818
I haven't done much work on my Wheeler line yet. I'm descended from John
Jehu Wheeler, brother to above Elizabeth.
If I run across anything else, I'll let you know. Let me know if you want
a family group sheet for Jesse and Mary Polly and I'll be happy to send
what I have.

Hi,
I saw your name on IN WASHIN-L list. I'm looking for info on
Elizabeth
Wheeler (later married John Hoover or Hover) born around 1820 I
don't know
if Wheeler is her maiden or a married name. My Great Grandfather
was Marcus
(Mark) Wheeler born 1843 in Indiana & he came to Wayne Co, Illinois
with her
& John in 1852. I don't know who Elizabeth or Marcus's parents or
siblings
were. Elizabeth may be Marcus's mother, sister, aunt,
sister-in-law. Thank
you in advance for any info you can share.
