Ruth,
I did not find any Hoover or Hover names. The only Wheeler named is one
C.E. Wheeler who was shown as a witness to the will of Joseph B. Shanks,
written June 28, 1895. I only have the abstracts for Washington Co, so they
might be in an Illinois record.

Hi,
I saw your name on IN WASHIN-L list. I'm looking for info on Elizabeth
Wheeler (later married John Hoover or Hover) born around 1820 I don't know
if Wheeler is her maiden or a married name. My Great Grandfather was
Marcus
(Mark) Wheeler born 1843 in Indiana & he came to Wayne Co,
Illinois with
her
& John in 1852. I don't know who Elizabeth or Marcus's
parents or
siblings
were. Elizabeth may be Marcus's mother, sister, aunt,
sister-in-law.
Thank
you in advance for any info you can share.
