Hi,
I'm looking for any information on Samuel T. Collins. He was a soldier in the Civil War. Company C, 23rd Indiana Infantry. He lived in Floyd Co., Indiana. In 1871 he married Cecilia Braugh Hinds in Washington Co., IN. He chose his cousin John S. Collins to be his step-daughter's husband. Her name was Dorothy Jane Hinds. I believe he might have also lived in Knox Co., IN.
That's pretty much all I know. I'm trying to make a connection with sam and john. i dont know much about either one of them. hope some one can help.
thanks

Ellen Brown and Dennis Gore are both posted on the 1900 and 1910 Washington Co., Indiana Census. Dennis also appears in the 1920 census. I would like to determine the maiden name of Ellen and the Father of Dennis to see if they belong to my line. Any help you can give will be very much appreciated.

Would you still be interested in sharing information about Carl Ribelin? If so, it might help me start filling in some holes on the Ribelin side of my family.
Thanks,
Jason Kirkpatrick
