You should contact the librarian in Vigo County at questions(a)vigo.lib.in.us
They are MOST helpful and even looked up deeds for me and made copies and mailed them to
me.

I found two for William Dunham at

for 1851 in Jasper County & 1839 in Spencer County.

I want to find some information on a William Dunham who on the 1840 census, is
iving in Honey Creek, Vigo, Indiana. Is there some way to get in touch with a
ocal genealogist who could look up land or church records? Would land bought
ack then have been purchased from the office in Vincennes? Thank you.
