I searched the Tribune Star older archive
http://library.tribstar.com
I could find stories for that time period but no obit for Adrian Brock.
I have been told that the SSDI sometimes shows where the last benefit was
paid, but NOT necessarily where the person actually died. Do you have a
death certificate on Adrian? If it says he died in Vigo County, then he
must have, but it seems odd that there is no obit, especially in modern
times.
If you are absolutely convinced he died and was probably buried here, I
would call the major cemeteries, starting with Highland Lawn.
Most have online searchable records in their offices, but not publicly
available. Calvary is mostly Catholic, so you can probably skip it. Of
course, there are about 119 cemeteries in Vigo County ranging from tiny
private ones on farmsteds to the major ones, so many don't have phones.
Maybe his body was sent elsewhere for burial. Where is his widow buried?
Presumably he would be by her.

Greetings,
I would like to find the obituary of my Grandfather, Rev. Adrian Brock
(retired),
who passed away on December 18, 1995 in Terre Haute. He was born
April 13, 1913 but I dont' know where. He was married to Mary (Church)
Brock and at the time, was survived by at least three (maybe four) of his
children. Ron, Nelda, and Jim, possibly Norma as well. His son Rev. Ken
Brock died in 1989 (I think, maybe 1988) at the same hospital, but
unfortunately I don't know the name of it. His son Ron was my adopted
father.
I would also like to try to get some photos of my Grandfather as those I
had were
destroyed during a move.
If anyone can assist in this, I would be very grateful.
Peace,
Rebecca
