Madolin,
For the past thirty-five, I've been collecting Primitive Baptist
church records, periodicals, minutes, etc., to preserve them, extracting
the names of members and entering into a database (now about 60,000
entries), from which we are able to help genealogists and researchers,
authors (such as doctoral dissertations). In 1988 our collection was
formally organized as a Library, with a board of trustees. We focused on
Illinois records, but have expanded into the neighboring states,
including Indiana to some extent. You can see some of our research
