I apologize in advance to those of you who may get duplicates of this, if you
are on various lists in PA, which are associated with the lines I am
researching.
Surnames: HOLLENBACH, WAGNER, KING, HEINLY, PRATHER, BECKER, HUBER, JUNG
Locations: Northumberland County, PA; Schuylkill County, PA; Berks County,
PA; Union County, PA; Northampton County, PA; Lehigh County, PA, Terre
Haute,
Vigo County, IN; Evansville, Vanderburgh County ,IN; and IL
My 4th great grandparents:
Isaac HOLLENBACH (b. about 1836 d. before 1910). Isaac was born in
Pennsylvania and married Angeline/Angelina (listed as Evgaline or something
like that in
the 1860 Berks County census). I am trying to locate Angeline's maiden name.
She was born about 1840 in Pennsylvania and died in 1925 in Terre Haute, Vigo
County, Indiana.
Their four children, all born in Berks County, Pennsylvania and baptized at
Saint Michael's Church, Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania:
Magdalena Catharine HOLLENBACH b. April 26, 1858
Saran Ann HOLLENBACH b. April 26, 1858 in PA (note: I believe Sarah died at a
young age, as she did not appear with the family in the 1860 census, and no
later records regarding her have been found by me yet)
John Llewellyn HOLLENBACH b. August 05, 1860
Polly Emmaline HOLLENBACH b. May 21, 1862 d. December 23, 1945 in Terre
Haute, Vigo County, Indiana M. Joseph William Wagner KING b. September 01,
1859
(his twin, Maria, died in infancy) d. Evansville, Vanderburgh County ,Indiana
Parents of Joseph William Wagner KING:
Maria WAGNER b. July 24, 1815 Lehigh County, PA (daughter of Johann George
WAGNER and Susanna P HEINLY) d. October 29, 1896 in Union County, PA and
Joseph
KOENIG or KING b. October 25, 1816 Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton
County, PA
Note: Maria WAGNER was the granddaughter of Hans Jacob WAGNER (b. July 06,
1725 d. November 30, 1802 Upper Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County,
Pennsylvania) and Louisa HUBER (b. March 01, 1735/36 in PA d. July 01, 1827
Upper
Mahantongo Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania). She was the
great-granddaughter of Hans Jacob WAGNER and Anna Maria JUNG-please see
GEDCOM link below
for more information.
Isaac and Angeline HOLLENBACH moved their family to West Buffalo Township,
Union County, PA around 1870.
Polly and her husband, with their children, moved to Indiana by 1900. Some
KING family members were in Illinois at an earlier date. Angeline followed
her
daughter to Indiana after 1910. She must be a strong lady, as she was in her
mid to late 70s when she made the move to join her daughter in Indiana!
Angeline shows up with Polly and family in the 1920 census in Vigo County,
IN.
To view a 5 generation photo of Angeline, Polly and later generations (the
baby in the photo is my living grandmother, who will be 80 years old later
this

Note: the file above is constantly being updated. I am currently adding
information from the book, The Wagner Family History, by Avice Hepler Morgan
(1040
plus pages), so please check back often for updates. I usually add at least a
few hundred names to my file every week.
If you have *any* links or think you may be related to anyone listed, please
email me at WagnerGenealogy(a)aol.com or Bailey7435(a)aol.com. I have tons of
information to share!
More about this family coming soon...I believe my Hollenbach relations tie
into the Hollenbach/Hollenbeck relations listed on the following page> I'll
try
to send more about these links over the weekend:

d. 1865, and brother to Henry K. HOLLENBACH, who married Rebecca BECKER, and
uncle of John Wallace HOLLENBACH who are listed)
