Susie:
Grandview Cemetery's southern "border" is along Margaret Street between 19th
Street (beyond RR yard going to the west) and Canal Street (along another
RR). Never heard it referred to as "Red Man" however.

When I was a child and lived in Terre Haute we called a certain
cemetery
Redman's Cemetery. We stopped there once in a while and found "Indian
Beads".
The cemetery was on the north side of Margaret as we were driving from
25th Street west toward Third Street. It was just before a railroad track
I believe. Is this by any chance Grandview Cemetery? If not what
cemetery is it? I have always wondered the real name. I think my
grandfather dubbed it Red Man.
