Dear Jan,
The Kibbler/Kibler surname is found in Shenandoah County in the 1700's
and early 1800's. I am not a researcher of this family, but have seen
the name as I did research in that area.
I also went to the Switchboard site and entered the surname and found
quite a number of matches. There were none in Indiana, but you might
see something there that would be a clue for you.
Also, Genforum has a site for the Kibler family. You might list it
there and see if anyone responds.

Again I am asking for help - I have an old photo from early 1900's taken by a
DOERNER photograhy place in Terre Haute, IND. and my mother wrote on the
back in her handwriting " Joe & Wendall Kibbler - brother & sister - their
father &
mother were our cousins." Has ANYONE in this group ever heard of or come in
contact with this surname KIBBLER? I'd be willing to send the original photo
to
the right owner is I can locate anyone. Thanks for your help - Jan Baldwin
