Sorry about the spam thing Helen.
Its been a while since I've needed to get a copy of the application.
But I've received a reply as quickly as a month and as long as 9 months.
Now on the 9 month return it was kind of complicated because the Washington
office didn't have the original application. It had accidentally been
destroyed and they extrapolated the facts based on my great grandmothers
other records.
Last time I got some records the computerized version wasn't available, but
personally I'd like to see the original copy just because it was filled out
and signed by hand by my ancestor.
