I have a Jacob Herman born 1804 Germany a cabinet maker married to Mary Hassler born 1814
Germany in my line
They had a son Jacob Jr I have very little on Jacob Sr and Jr
Jacob Sr had a son Heinrich Herman 1839-1910 a candy confectioner
They were long time members of a Holy Trinity
Maybe we can compare notes

Hi -
I am researching my husbands family - Jacob and Anna Marie Gans Hermann. They came to
Evansville prior to 1850 and believe they attended Holy Trinity. I saw the church had
burned at some point and wondered if there are birth / baptismal records.
