Mrs. Ruschmeier's obituary was in the the Chipley (FL) Bugle. I am not related to
Mrs. Ruschmeier, nor do I have additional information. I am posting the obit for
interested researchers.

Frances Bell (Fox) Ruschmeier passed away April 16, 2011, at the Northwest Florida
Community Hospital in Chipley after a brief illness.
She was born in Evansville, Indiana, on January 3, 1918, to Henry Thomas Fox and
Philabeana Morgan Fox. She was raised in Evansville, Indiana, where she met and married
her husband Charles Presley Ruschmeier. Frances was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother
and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Charles and her parents Henry and Philabeana
Fox.
Survivors include two sons and their wives: Jim and Virginia Ruschmeier of Chipley, and
Jack and Kathy Ruschmeier of Tampa; one daughter and her husband, Bonnie and Bob Engle of
Harrisburg, Ill. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, three
great-great grandchildren and two special friends: Doris Rice of Ruskin, Fla., and Jackie
McClain of Chipley.
She leaves all of us with heavy hearts, but also joy in knowing that she is finally
re-united with her beloved husband and her parents.
Graveside funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Highland
Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Carmel, Ill., with Short-Cunningham Funeral Home directing.
Obert Funeral Home of Chipley is in charge of local arrangements.
