Marrs Twp is in Posey CO.
If you contact the health dept at Mt. Vernon, they might be able to help you
on a death record. If the informant knew the birthplace and/or parents
and gave it at the time of time of death, it should be on the death record.
However, if you are like most of us on these early records, you will have
unknown or NR (not recorded).

Subject: [INVANDER] look up for death record of G. Schulte
Could anyone help me find more information on a George SCHULTE who died 6
Feb. 1900 in Marrs Township?
Would a death record have George's birthplace?
I am hoping he is Jurgen (George) Heinrich Schulte born in Germany in
1811.He is the long lost brother of my gg grandfather Heinrich
Schulze/Schulte.
I would appreciate any help. Danke,Joy
