The staff at St. Joseph in Evansville are very, very helpful. They are in
the little house right after you enter the St. Joseph gate. There is a
St. Joseph Cem in St. Joseph, IN, (Vanderburgh CO)-- abt 7 miles NW of
Evansville. So be sure you are in the right St. Joseph.
My g grandfather and his mother, and some of his Herman/Bangert relatives
are buried in St. Joe in Eville. It is a beautiful cemetery with many old
victorian tombstones. I don't know if it is on one of the historical
registers, but it should be. Enjoy your visit.
