ordered.
State vs. Joe Alderson, drawing deadly weapon, Robert Tracewell appointed special judge,
on trial before court.
State vs. Harry Abraham, pandering, pleads not guilty, set for March 28.
Elizabeth Grim et al vs Charles and Mathilda Roettger, defendant files petition to make
new parties dependants. Trial date vacated.

George L. Mesker and company vs. Ray and Beatrice Sieffert, dismissed.
Central Glass company vs. Fowler, Dick and Walker, dismissed.
Elizabeth Seiler, vs. Union Insurance company, trial date vacated.

-Trial Date Set-
Trial of Harry Abraham, taxi driver, who is charged with pandering, has been set in
circuit court for March 28. The driver was arraigned before the court yesterday and
entered a plea of not guilty. Abraham's arrest grew out of the attempted suicide of
Helen McCoy Jones some time ago. He took her to a negro home on Canal street where she
shot herself. She has never fully explained why she wanted to take her own life.
-Arraigned for Theft-
Charged with having deceived (sic) a stolen revolver, Isaac Anderson, 1702 Fulton avenue,
was held for the Vanderburgh circuit court when he was arraigned in city court yesterday.
-Hard Luck Tales Tell on Stallman, Leaves for Rest-
Adolph Stallman, probation officer, has listened to so many tales of woe in the past year
that it has made him ill. Stallman yesterday left for West Baden for a two weeks'
rest, and treatment for neuritis which has been bothering him greatly the past month.
"I've got to get away from all this woe and grief and give my mind and nerves a
rest," Stallman said.
-Local Marine Sails For Nicaraguan Zone-
Emile F. Hufnagle, an Evansville boy, has sailed with his regiment of marines in the
Nicaraguan war zone, according to a letter received yesterday by his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Adam Hufnagle, 816 West Michigan street. Hufnagle is a chief non-commissioned officer in
the marine intelligence service.
