Lynn, I could not send a reply to your email address, so I'm sending to the group
My Carlisle family moved up to Evansville in the mid 1940's. They were from the
Nashville, Tn area and before Nashville they were in Coffee county, TN. I'm sorry but
none of your names are familiar.
Do you have access to Ancestry.com? You have an interesting email address, the
digitally signed message triggered a security alert in my Norton's.
Linda

My name is Lynn Westphaelinger and I have been searching for Carlisles --
My uncle is Arthur Raymond Carlisle (still living at 89 almost 90) born to
Charles William Carlisle and my grandmother Mary Elizabeth Greene. We are
searching for his kin -- Are you related to Charles William Carlisle by
chance. He had a brother John Carlisle who married Christina and moved to
Muscatine Iowa. Their parents were Charles Carlisle and Elizabeth Knox.
I just found my uncles 1st cousin, John and tinas son Charles Edwin Carlisle
who is 90 and still kickin. The Greene have a family reunion and im getting
Charles and my uncle together for the first time at that reunion. The
carlisles are a mystery -- very hard to find information on.
Thanks
Lynn
