Hi again David!
Correction to my earlier message
Joseph Tougas was married to Emma Bourassa in 1893
Etienne Stephen Tougas was married to Esther Brigitte Tremblay on 1 Aug 1865 in Iberville, QC. It appears that Etienne changed his name to Stephen and Brigitte to Esther as a common custom when persons emigrated to an English milieu.

It seems that there were a bunch of Frederick Sieck's. My grandfather Frederick William Sieck [3-3-1884 - 12-18-1928] born in Chicago died in Arlington SD. He was a house painter and allegedly died of lead poisoning. His fathers name was Frederick too, [1852 - 1921] and his mother was Lena (Madelen) Sieck [1861 - 1925]. My grandfather married Helen Mary (Pettis) Sieck. They had several children, Charles Clifford Sieck, Robert Henry Sieck, Emmett Arthur Sieck, Marvin Vernon Sieck, Alfred Keneth Sieck (my dad) Mary Sieck (Gibson) Raymond Ralph Sieck & John Sieck. I'm attempting to piece together any information I can find and verify about my great grandfather Frederick Sieck of Chicago.

Hi: I am seeking some help from someone in Vanderburgh Co., Indiana. I am trying to locate a death record for a Josina Schauner, probably in the 1860-1865 range. In addition, I would like to locate a marriage record for John Schauner to a Elizabeth Mary Unknown, probably 1864-1865. Their first child was born 1865, but I don't know what month. It is my belief that John Schauner was married to Josina and when she died, he then married Elizabeth Mary unknown. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much.
Hi List
I'm waiting on the 1870 census for Evansville to come in at my LDS
centre, it has to come from UTAH to Australia.
Is there anybody on the list who could check the 1870 & see if they can
find the family, to make it easier when I do get the film in.
I just had the Perry Co Cannelton film in because I thought they may of been
there.
My Albion GEST married in 1873 in Evansville & he is in Evansville in the
1880 census. His mother has gone back to Cannelton in Perry by then.
He was born about 1849/50 he married Susan SETCHELL so she maybe
there also.
His mother is Mary Jane GEST nee JACKSON.
I would appreciated any help, & thank you for your time.
Jennette GEST nee BYRNE
