I'm from the Netherlands. I Need baptism records of the St. Antony Catholic Church in Evansville. (I have all the dates of births) Who can help me?
I can do a research in the Netherlands if you want.
Dear Researcher
BMD records may be obtained, by finding details from the following web site:http://vitalrec.com/usmap.html
Alternatively, you could make a request from professional researchers, via the Willard Library in Evansville, IN.
Researchers will need the full names of bride and/or groom, estimated dates of birth, date of marriage, names of both sets of parents - so far as known.
Dear Enquirer
You must have reason to look for answers in Vanderburgh, IN. The following web site lists obits from Evansville, IN. There are quite a few naming the Beucher Family --- very much involved in the Jewellry business.
Only one given name is close - Marie Buecher, died 1911. You may find clues or not.

You will want to check the SSDI: http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi

Hi-- I have found my Zubers tie into the Bangert family (John Adam Bangert
and Maria Elizabeth Jaeger of Weiher, Ger) and two Hermans/Herrmans
(Heinrich and A. Carl/Charles). I am trying to find info on these folks
hoping that I can get more about the Zubers-- like getting to the front door
by going in the back door. Some of the Bangerts in this family who came to
Vanderburgh Co about 1853 are : Elizabeth (md. Leonard Smith/Schmitt),
Frank (md. Philomina Volker and Margaret Nightree/Neudig, Anna Barbara (md.
Carl Herman), Christina (md. Jacob Zuber). There was a niece that came
with the Bangerts-- Katherine Keil (b. June 2, 1849 and md. Henry Benken).
Henry Herman md. Maria/Mary Zuber (sister to Jacob). Mary had been
married to a Louis Fischer and he died in the last 1870's-- she then married
Henry. These folks are buried in St. Joseph Cem on Mesker Dr. and many
did live in Centre Twp. Thanks for any help. Helen Zuber Keusch
Hi, was going through the 1910 census of Vanderburgh Co-- Center Twp and
one page had many names and besides each was inmate. I know that is not
the state hospital or the jail, but was there perhaps a poor farm in Center
Township at that time? Thanks. Helen Zuber Keusch

Grandfather, Frederick Buecher born in Sakalas (now Romania) in 1881 came to US in 1903 and settled in St. Louis, MO. Grandmother, Mary Anna Bergauer also born in Sakalas in 1882.
Greatgrandfather;s name George. grgrandmother Barbara Michaels. I was told that Bergauers came from Alsace Lorraine to Sakalas???
Does anyone have access to the mailing address of Holy Trinity Church in
Evansville (complete with zip code) and St. Joseph Church in St. Joseph, IN?
Both are in Vanderburgh County.
Thanks. Helen Zuber Keusch
Hi-- was wondering if anyone had access to an indexed census of Vanderburgh
Co for 1860 and 1870.
I have some info already-- but some of my relatives just disappeared and I
know they must be there. Here is what I do have--
1860-- Jacob Zuber, Center Twp.
Would like to know where his mother (Catherine Zuber) and his brother
(Frank Zuber) are in 1860. His sister, Maria/Mary Zuber Fischer is also in
Center Twp, his other sister in Wabash Co., IL.
1870-- Mary Fischer is the only one I can find in Center Twp. Everyone
shows up in 1880, but I know they have to be there (especially Jacob and his
brother Antone) in 1870 because Jacob and his wife Christina were having
children. I'd like to know if Catherine and Frank are on the Vanderburgh
Census in 1870.
Thanks. Helen Zuber Keusch
I would like to know if the St. Mary's Catholic Church is still in being in Evansville.
The Reiman's from Leignitz, Germany apparently attended this church from 1859 on through the 1880's at least.
I would like to find the birth record of Josephine Reimann born in 1860 in that area. She later married Frank Ritz in 1882. She was the youngest sister of August Reiman.
I am searching for records on a Mr. Hermann Mueller of Evansville Indiana. He lived there for AT LEAST 20 years.
He may have worked there as a Mailman or postal employee
sometime after the great depression.
I do not know the name of a spouse or children, but I know he had at least one sister.
I am new to searching and dont know how to begin.

To respond the best I can. Yep the John Rapp that died in 1939 is mine along with other's you mentioned.
I went to http://www.ancestralfindings.com/cd216.htm
Then asked for a lookup. The problem with that is that they can give you information that someone died in the period and what city or county, but not the date. I can find some info on Genealogy.com . Mail me direct with info and I will see if I can find anything out.
