Surname: Davidson, McClure, McCool, McCraw
-------------------------
Looking for information on George William Davidson (B: 1839 TN) and Ester/Esther
McClure/McCool/McCraw, who was probably his wife. Believe that they lived
in Evansville or Vanderburgh County. They moved to Arkansas about 1873
with two children (Mary E Davidson & Benjamin Franklin Davidson).
Family lore holds that they owned the land where the "Sanatorium" was built.
This is probably "Woodmere", the Evansville State Hospital (1890-present)
(formerly Southern Indiana Hospital for the Insane).
Does anyone know the legal property description for this facility?
Thanks, Bob Davidson
