The county clerk's office. Most of the naturalization records are in with the court
records so you better have 1) Name 2) Date of Naturalization 3) Book Number 4) Page
number.
They are not going to sit and look for it.
There is a big red book of naturalization records from the latter part of the 1800's
which they seemed to have misplaced or at least the last time I asked about it they looked
at me like I was crazy and someone said they never had a book of nat. papers. Oh, like I
dreamed it.
There is a book that lists naturalization records listed in court books, but it is at the
library and I am on vacation until monday. If the person you are searching for is listed,
it would give book and page.
