I don't believe there is a good transcription for the City Cemetery
anywhere--not online or otherwise. Their records were a mess when they were
found a few years ago, and I'm not sure anyone has ever made sense of them.
(I understand they were written on scraps of paper in a shoebox or
something.) Your best bet would be to write to Paulette Hayes, the
genealogy librarian at the Fayette County library, and ask what records she
has. I know they have a map of the cemetery, but it only shows the owner of
each plot--not who is actually buried there. Paulette's email address is
