This is a quick answer, so more research may be required. 1. In 1821
Union County was created from Wayne, Franklin and Fayette Counties,
Indiana; so this would be a thirty year lapse of time. 2. Until the
Post Office got energetic in the late 1800-early 1900 era, there were
multiple locations with the same name in the most states. The PO would
send a letter to the all the matching locales (except the lucky one) and
tell them if they wanted mail, they had to change their name. 3. Are
there official documents with that, or did she move away and forget the
boundary changes?
