Ava,
Thanks for all of your help. I did find the marker for Etta Belle Simmons.
It was sunken. You didn't find any records for Hazel Mitchell. I went to
the library and looked in the database for their names and I didn't see them
listed as having an obit in the paper. I didn't have enough time to pull
the film to see if perhaps they had been missed. I know that happens
sometimes as when I started doing this I found that to be true at the
Frankfort Library. This person passed in 1967 and since I was his wife, I
knew it had been in the paper. I showed it to them on the film and they
made a card for their catalog.
Find A Grave emails the person who posted the desire for the photo of the
marker. They ask that they thank the person who took the picture. I never
received a thank you from the requestor. I don't care, but for all I know
that person could have passed. If I hear from the person, I will ask if she
wants me to pursue it further in calling about burial records, etc.
I don't mind to help other people who live in other states as several have
helped me. I am just trying to pass it on.
If you know anything else about these two ladies, you can let me know and I
will pass it on to the owner of the site. I guess with all of the illness
that has hit our country, the owner could be ill or in the hospital.
Thanks for the help.

Carol.... Maybe I can help you. Can you give me the names and death
dates
for the people you are looking for? If they died before 1978 and they have
a
grave marker, I can find them in a book I own. Also, I can look up their
obit's to see if they were buried at Tetersburg. If there are no grave
markers I can call the Pastor of the Tetersburg church. He would know who
has the cemetery records.
