Thanks to Ava, I found the stone. Really sunken. I took a picture,
downloaded it to my computer, tried to post it on Find A Grave, but it says
the file is too big and needs compressed. Is anyone an expert and knows how
to do this. If so, contact me off list at cdecker(a)bluemarble.net
Thanks.
Carol

Carol... Your best and easiest option for Fairview cemetery is to go
to
the
cemetery office which is located in the north-east corner of the cemetery.
Ask the cemetery personel to direct you to the graves you are looking for.
There should be someone there 5 days a week and they are usually very
helpful.
Now for Tetersburg... I did not find a listing for Hazel Mitchell which
means she does not have a stone or is not buried there.
Etta Belle Simmons is buried in Section # 2, row 4, stone number 16. This
is
a flat stone plate in the ground. Section #1 is next to the church and
goes
until you see the very old stones. Section #2 starts with the old stones
and
goes to the first driveway. Rows are numbered West to East. Stones read
from
South to North.
I'll see if I can find anything more on Hazel Mitchell.
Good luck.... Ava
