Carol... Your best and easiest option for Fairview cemetery is to go to the
cemetery office which is located in the north-east corner of the cemetery.
Ask the cemetery personel to direct you to the graves you are looking for.
There should be someone there 5 days a week and they are usually very
helpful.
Now for Tetersburg... I did not find a listing for Hazel Mitchell which
means she does not have a stone or is not buried there.
Etta Belle Simmons is buried in Section # 2, row 4, stone number 16. This is
a flat stone plate in the ground. Section #1 is next to the church and goes
until you see the very old stones. Section #2 starts with the old stones and
goes to the first driveway. Rows are numbered West to East. Stones read from
South to North.
I'll see if I can find anything more on Hazel Mitchell.
Good luck.... Ava

To Ava Ogden & Joan Wray (both who offered to help).
People asked on Find A Grave for pictures of monuments of the following
and
I was going to do this to help pay back what others have done for me.
Since
my roots aren't here in Tipton Co., I haven't used what is available about
Tipton Co. at the library, but sought information concerning other
counties
in Indiana and Ohio.
Fairview Cemetery
1. Marie Brown
1916 - 1997
2. William Mendenhall
1849 - 1902
Tetersburg Cemetery
1. Etta Simmons
1870 - 1932
2. Hazel Mitchell
1888 - 1918
Thanks for any information you might have that would enable me to take the
pictures so I can post them and if there are obits, that would be nice
also.
