Beverly,
Look at the 1850 census White River, Hamilton County, Indiana for William
and Catherine Dick. They had a son named Abraham age 27. On Nov. 11, 1851
Abraham Dick married Lydia Leaming in Hamilton County. I appears that
Abraham died before the 1860 census for Hamilton County. Luda Dick is listed
as head of household with children Henry age 7 and Caroline age 6. Also in
the home was Catherine Dick age 75.
I couldn't find the exact date but sometime before 1866 Lydia Dick remarried
to Barnhart Gintert in Hamilton County. On the 1870 Hamilton County census
look for Barnhart Kinter and wife Lydia. Listed in the household are Henry
age 17 and Callen (Caroline?) age 15.
You should be able to get obits for Henry and wife and more from the Library
in Noblesville, Indiana. I'll look for their web address later. Also you
should post on the Hamilton County message board on rootsweb if you haven't
already. Nancy, in the genealogy dept. at the Noblesville library, is really
good about answering message board posts pertaining to Hamilton County.
Good Luck,
Ava Ogden

To Carol Decker, a huge Thanks.
Yes, that is alot more than I had. I will go look at this immediately. I
have never had any luck on my own lines with "find A Grave", but this is a
huge help. I cn at least help the potential member order the death
certificates, which MAY give a parents name.
Thank you all for being so kind.
v/r,
Beverly Alexander
