Civil War. I hope Brian does see this and respond to us both; I think he
and I have figured out that we are 4th cousins. As far as I know, both
branches of our Henry family(ies) came from KY through Switzerland and
Jefferson Counties--then up to Tipton Co. (where my grandfather Henry was
raised). This is the first time I have heard mention of Lawrence Co. in
connection with the Henrys. Could you please elaborate?? Thanks in
advance.

I'm looking for anyone in the Tipton - Elwood vicinity that may have known or
have information on a Williams family who resided in Elwood as early as 1900
and as late as 1940-41.
I believe I have exhausted all the capabilities of the Elwood Library and
currently have a query into the Tipton County Library. Both of these
libraries have been extremely helpful.
Specifically I'm trying to find Ella M. Russell Williams (my grandmother),
Carrie O. Williams Kennedy (my aunt) and Herschel Williams (my uncle).
Ella was married to John W. Williams allegedly in 1883 in Tipton. John was
born in 1862 and died June 27, 1927. I have no birth or death dates on Ella.
Carrie Williams I believe was born in 1882 or 1883 and married Ben Kennedy on
March 6, 1901. I don't have location or death dates on Carrie.
With respect to Herschel Williams I don't have much. I believe he may have
been incarcerated in a prison in 1937 or 1938. He owned a restaurant in
Elwood in 1916 and supposedly may have been married to Zula Beaver in 1910.
There is a rumor that Herschel may have been associated with a rest home in
Anderson in some capacity. I can't confirm that this.
I know that Ella and I think Hershel lived on 8 th street in Anderson,
Indiana in December 1941. After that some aliens must have vaporized them. I
haven't been able to do any good in Anderson hence my reason to see if any
Anderson people may be listening.
Please someone help me continue. Respond to either INTIPTON or directly to me
using my e-mail address.

Mr. Fuller,
My grandmother was Dorothy Fuller, the daughter of Clarence Fuller. I have found Census information for them all in 1900, 1910, 1920, and 1930. I couldn't find Clarence in 1930, I guess this explains it. I haven't made it past the Allen Fuller listed here other than finding a family tree on the net, but I have found a reference to Fuller's in Massachesett's in the 1600's. I found 13 of them listed in those accused of being witches in Salem. None of them were part of the 19 that were put to death. Thanks for posting the obituary, it fills in the holes that I could not find.
Thanks
Scott A. Davis
