In the Circuit court this afternoon Charles H. Henderson was appointed administrator of
the estate of the late Daniel Creaddlehaugh [sic], giving bond in the sum of $5,000 with
W.C. Mitchell and E.C. DAVIS as sureties.
NOTE: E.C. Davis (Edgar C. Davis) was the stepson of Daniel Cradlebaugh. Daniel
Cradlebaugh was married to Edgar's mother, Delilah Jane (Bishop) Davis, May 18, 1865,
in Tippecanoe County, and it appears that they married a second time on Nov. 19, 1877, at
Seneca County, Ohio. Edgar C. Davis was my great-great-grandfather.
