There is a 1910 picture of the store at Archerville, operated by the
Hendricks family, in "Traveling through Tippecanoe" by Paula Woods and Fern
Martin (1992). The sign on the roof says groceries, notions, and tinware.
You can see a canvas covered delivery wagon at the right of the store.
Hendricks not on 1920 census; must have sold the store??

This is interesting. Does anyone know anything else
about Archerville? It's an interesting area, not
really a town anymore, but sort of a cluster of houses
and buildings out kind of in the middle of nowhere.
