Indiana
Index to the records of men (1871-1980) and women
(1890-1980) inhabitants of the home. A typical file includes
an application for admission, correspondence relating to the
admission and paperwork regarding the death or final date at
the home. The files of wives and widows will occasionally
include information relating to the husband, such as a copy of
his discharge papers. Medical records are confidential
for 75 years from date of creation.
