of as good land as can be found in Wea Township. His residence is on one
of the best building sites in the county, a natural elevation of about
sixty feet above the surrounding country, and in front of his residence
is a fine lawn shaded with oak, hickory, sugar and lin trees. On his farm
are also a substantial barn and other good farm buildings, and a windmill
which furnishes water for both his house and livestock. In fact everything
about his premises exhibits signs of taste and thrift. MRS. PRICE is a
zealous member of the Methodist Episcopal church. In politics he affiliates
with the Republican party. His cordial manner and fair and honorable dealing
have gained for him many friends.
